Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reelio ("Reelio", "we", "us", or "our"), a web-based platform for creating UGC-style marketing videos. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Reelio lets users generate short, UGC-style marketing videos using AI creators, voices, and templates. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan, as described on our Pricing page. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Reelio. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Payments, billing & Merchant of Record

Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all orders and handles customer service inquiries related to payments, billing, and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reelio to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or infringes others' rights;
• impersonates a real person without their consent, or creates misleading "deepfake" content;
• is sexually explicit, promotes violence, or exploits minors;
• promotes fraud, scams, illegal goods, or deceptive advertising;
• infringes any intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.

We use content moderation and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the scripts, product details, and other materials you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the videos you generate and may use them for your lawful marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The Reelio platform, software, templates, and brand are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the platform itself.

7. Cancellation & termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
