Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Reelio. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who assists with refunds on our behalf.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. This applies to your first payment for a plan.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current period.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at i@agi.uz with the email address used at checkout and your order/receipt number. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval. You may also contact Paddle directly via the link on your payment receipt.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse of the service, violations of our Terms of Service, or excessive usage of generated videos inconsistent with a good-faith trial.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
